Menopause Coaching

We can offer coaching on midlife and the menopause either 1-1 or 1-2 if you’d rather come with a friend. 

 

Are you concerned that your doctor hasn’t understood what is happening in your life?

Would you like to gain the confidence to help yourself, or learn a little more about the many, sometimes confusing, symptoms that you may not relate to the menopause, so that you can chat to your GP?

I can prepare you for your doctor’s appointment so that you have a good idea of what to ask and what to expect.

Maybe the 5 or 10 minutes you normally get with your doctor isn’t long enough and you would like to talk to someone in-depth about your worries? 

Everyone has a different experience and therefore the sessions will be tailor-made specifically for you.

If you feel that a group setting is not right for you, private coaching can be the answer. We want you to know that menopause is not time to give up, to feel exhausted all the time and full of anxiety.
